1. How can I buy equipment?
There are at least 3 ways to buy Jambo Athletic field equipment:
- You can add all products you want to purchase to your shopping cart on our website and send it for final shipping calculation,
- You can send us e-mail with items you want at sales@jamboathletic.com
- You can contact our local partner for support! https://www.jamboathletic.com/partners.
2. How can I make payment?
All payments can be done with standard IBAN transfer. We will provide you with proforma invoice for order with Bank account number. If this solution is not convenient for you, please reach out to our local partner for support.
3. Where is equipment produced?
All Jambo Athletic equipment is produced in Europe, Poland. Our office is located in Bydgoszcz.
4. Can I use equipment for entire year?
Jambo Athletic equipment is made of waterproof vinyl covers and absorbance free foams, which make our equipment fully waterproof. It can be used in any weather conditions including snowing and heavy rains.
5. What are the available colors of products?
Note that Color options are available only for premium quality line option. Economy equipment is produced only in black color. Color options for Premium portfolio: Black, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Red, Orange, Pink, White, Green, Yellow. For particular personalized orders, we might have other colors available, but this will require separate calculation. Email sales@jamboathletic.com for more info.
6. What is the difference between Economy & Premium Line Options?

7. Can your Blocking Sled pad be used for sleds of other brands?
Jambo Blocking Sled has it’s unique assembly system, which fits perfectly only with Jambo construction. We can produce Blocking sled body pad only, but installment on sleds of other brand is end user responsibility and highly unreccomended.
8. Do I get warranty period for products I buy?

9. Can I personalize my equipment?
Jambo Athletic field equipment can be personalized with 2 personalization options:
- Metrix Team Logo (single color)
- Full personalization of equipment
The technique of personalization affects its pricing and both personalization options are available for Premium Quality Line only.
10. Is Pricing on Quote final?
Final Quote provided by us is final. We have a strong alliance with our local partners, so we cannot commit to any major discount programs.
11. How is the shipping price calculated?
Shipping price is calculated INDIVIDUALLY for each equipment set. 2 key factors which affect shipping price are Destination (quoted based on city postal code) and equipment set dimensions.
12. How long will I wait for my order?
Time of production depends on product count, its difficulty and potentially personalization/color options. Overall time expected for dispatching is 3 weeks for all foam and 5 weeks for all metal products (sleds). Important Note: production time starts to count, once payment confirmation is shared (prepayment).
